Returns- NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS AS ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND COMPLETELY CUSTOM. If you have an issue with your order, please contact with me within 72 hours of receiving order and we will come up with a solution. 

Construction Guarantee- All items are handmade and have a construction guarantee, meaning if a hem or seam comes undone I will fix it at no cost to you. This only includes seam pops or hem unraveling, does not apply to holes from wear & tear not on the seams. Just email Karsynaverybowtique@gmail.com and we will take care of it right away.

Shipping- Clothing Preorders are shipped within 4 weeks, excluding weekends and Holidays. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery time can vary from 2-5 days depending on location. You will receive an e-mail that contains the USPS tracking.

Sizing- All clothing fits True to Size.
